COMSOL Multiphysics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Development Engineer to join its Bangalore office.
Primary responsibilities
- Provide support to development team of COMSOL Multiphysics in the field of low frequency electromagnetics.
- Develop and implement new features and participate in the overall product development of COMSOL Multiphysics.
- Provide technical support for users of COMSOL Multiphysics.
- Develop new electromagnetics models and teach training classes in electromagnetics modeling.
- Give COMSOL product demonstrations at seminars, workshops, conferences, and meetings with customers.
Qualities
- Genuine interest of mathematical modeling, computational physics, and related software simulation tools, particularly within the field of electromagnetics.
- Genuine interest of coding in different programming languages, particularly in Java.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, quick study with positive attitude, flexible nature and goal-oriented work habits.

Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in engineering, physical sciences, or life sciences.
- Experience with computational modeling of Maxwell’s equations in low frequency regimes.
- Knowledge of programming languages, particularly Java.
